Andy Clark - Managing Director
Andy brings a wealth of experience to TRS, having worked in the motor industry for a number of years, working with PLC Dealer Groups and privately-owned businesses. He worked his way through the departments to Dealer Principal, latterly with multi-site responsibility, working with brands such as Porsche, Volvo, BMW and Honda.
In 2006 Andy moved into motor trade recruitment and for 11 years he was the Director and Owner of a very successful Automotive Recruitment business with national coverage. He has an excellent reputation within the industry and has the knowledge and enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding service to clients and candidates
Daniel Walton - Director
Daniel has built a career within the recruitment industry spanning over 15 years, working with several sectors including government, finance, oil and gas, senior management and the automotive industry. During this time, Daniel, has held various positions including Internal Recruitment Manager, Client Manager, Territory Manager and Sourcing Delivery Manager. This has enabled Daniel to gather some excellent experience across different areas of internal and external recruitment, including: Recruitment processes, software tools, people development, client SLA’s, advertising and recruitment best practices. All of which are instrumental in the start-up and development of The Recruitment Solution.
Daniel has a hands-on style to business and likes to make sure that every single candidate and client are receiving the best service they can, however he also allows his team to naturally grow and develop their own relationships with clients and candidates alike. He would describe himself as being a confident professional who has a genuine interest in the client and candidate needs, making sure integrity and good conduct is at the fore of all he does.
Shannon Urwin - Recruitment Administrator
Shannon has excellent experience working within administration and has settled in really well with our team. Shannon previously worked as a Recruitment Administrator within the Healthcare sector where she gained excellent communication and organisational skills.
She is a specialist in administration processes, efficient data entry skills and competent at using advanced CRM systems. Shannon currently manages the applications and social media activity that comes through the Recruitment Solution. Shannon is responsible for qualifying candidate criteria as per recruitment briefings, once qualified she will have overall responsibility for passing this information to the specific consultants.
Gillian Clark - Database Specialist/Resourcer
Gillian is an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Database Specialist with over 10 years experience working within the automotive recruitment industry. With an eye for detail and an excellent knowledge of the latest recruitment software and database systems. Working initially in retail and then years within the automotive industry working in sales and administration, providing an excellent balance of experience for her current role within TRS.
Steve Nicol - Recruitment Advisor
Steve brings a wealth of experience to TRS, having worked in the motor industry for a number of years before starting in automotive recruitment back in 2013. He has an excellent reputation within the industry and has the knowledge and professionalism to deliver an outstanding service. Nick Batts - Recruitment Consultant
Nick has excellent motor trade experience, working his way up from Vehicle Technician to Service Manager, working with excellent brands such as Mercedes Benz and Porsche. He is very engaging with a patient and professional demeanor. Nick is someone who is genuinely passionate about the recruitment process and prides himself on building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients.
